There is a VERY active cancer social network, called http://www.cancermatch.com I found it through the Lance Armstrong Summit people.

I just launched a new social network today:

http://www.cancertogether.com

It is fairly simple right now, but since I built it myself, there is no limit to what it can become or what features it can have.
